Morrigan is very vain, and lives for little more than the excitement of battle, although her endings in the games as well as various media show that Morrigan slowly takes up more of her responsibility seriously. Since then, she has also appeared in multiple video games outside of the Darkstalkers franchise and is widely perceived as the most popular Darkstalkers character and one of Capcom's flagship characters. Morrigan was introduced in Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors in 1994 and after that has appeared in every game in the series.
